We strive for the good life – who doesn’t?! But we take it seriously. One could say we see it as a profession. We believe that spaces & places have an inevitable influence on this journey. The journey towards the good life.

The result of the things we do is the Hirschen. A place where characters meet. Some work here, others come as guests – and sometimes leave as friends.

We don’t do anything that is short-term. We’re in it for the long game. Time gives things quality. This applies to relationships just as much as to food.

We build the stage for human interaction. The common thread is beauty. Not in a shallow sense, rather a profound humanity, lightness, a bit of indulgent melancholy, positive curiosity for the secrets of life, the deep tranquility that only nature and art can provide. The tingle you get in anticipation of a sinful night.
